Greenwall Fabricator
Job Title: Greenwall Fabricator

With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Greenwall Fabricator to join our team and help us create beautiful moss walls and greenwalls.
Job Description:
As a Greenwall Fabricator, you will work with the greenwall artists to fabricate moss walls and art pieces as well as faux and living wall projects to meet the requirements of the design documents prepared by the moss artists.
This is an entry level position into the exciting and fast growing world of biophilic design with many opportunities for growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Mossing: Using various kinds of preserved moss and following a design inspiration document you will create finished moss walls and moss art.
- Faux and decorative pieces: Following the design direction of the moss artists you will create greenwalls and other foliage based decorations
- Living greenwalls: You will participate in the fabrication of living walls, transplanting of plants and preparing them for shipment
- Installation of greenwalls: You will work with the installation team to install greenwalls at client locations throughout North America
- Moss wall touch ups: You will take final responsibility for the finished look of moss walls installed on site.
- Fire treatment: You will follow the GrowUp method for fire treating moss and preparing it for fire rated applications
Additional responsibilities
- Assisting the moss artists with design and planning
- Assisting with general office and warehouse activities
Qualifications and skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility
- Artistic flare is a plus
- Basic woodworking skills is an advantage
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis throughout the day
- Ability to be on your feet for 6+ hrs in any given day
- Ability to navigate, climb, and move scaffolding and ladders

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work directly with the CEO to manage all marketing activities for this fast growing business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications and skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Excellent time management skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- 1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent education
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field a plus
- Proficiency with tools in the company technology stack is a plus

- Canva
- Google G Suite (gmail, sheets, docs)
- Clickup
- Apollo
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus
- Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
